Registration for Students: 

All money and forms will be turned in directly to the Youth Pastor or church leader in charge of camp. There will be three payment periods, and Youth Pastors/ Leaders will inform students of when payments are due.

Registration Information for Pastors/Leaders: 

Students will be turning in money and reegistrations directly to you. You are expected to keep track of each student's forms and money. There will be three payment periods: 

 

      February 29th- $75 deposit and Registration Form

      March 31st- $90 

      May 31st- $80 and all forms needed (Sent to the church via mail)

 

Each church will be expected to send one check per pay period to the following address:

In April, each church will receive a packet of forms for each registered student to complete. All forms will be due, and sent to the above address, on May 31st. and will not be collected at camp. 

 

 

FAQ's: 

What is the theme this year? 

This years camp is Limitless based out of Ephesians 3. Along these lines, we will be doing a superhero theme. Camp teams will be divided into different superhero emblems, and each student will receive their camp team after the final registration. 

 

What if I missed the first payment? 

That's perfectly okay, but get your students registered as soon as possible. 

 

What is the refund policy? 

There is a no refund policy unless there is an extraordinary situation (e.x. death). In that case, we will work individually with those situations. If a student does pull out of camp without an extraordinary circumstance then they will not receive a refund, however their funds can be transferred to another student. 

 

How do I register students for camp? 

Print off registration forms for your students. You will collect the completed registration forms and the payments from your students. Each church is responsible for keeping track of their own students payments. You will then send me, Lisa, the registration forms and one check, per payment period, with the lump sum total. 

 

What about the other forms (e.x. medical)? 

These forms will be made avaliable on the website after the second payment period.
